SAFETY 安全

The course is rocky, uneven and steep in places.  Take great care at all times and never overtake unless it is safe to do so.  Give way to participants who are moving more quickly than you.  Encourage one another and look out for each other’s safety and well-being.  Ensure that you will have enough to eat and drink to reach the next check-point.  Be particularly careful to drink enough and carry enough fluid.  It is vital for your safety that you maintain adequate levels of hydration.

賽道包含一些崎嶇不平、陡斜險要的路段。參賽者任何時候均應格外小心,越過其他參賽者之前必須確保安全。遇上速度比自己快的參賽者,應予讓路。參賽者沿途應互相鼓勵,為其他參賽者的安全著想。參賽者應確保帶備到達下一檢查站之前所需的足夠食物和飲料,尤應注意多些喝水,帶備足夠飲料。參賽者吸收充足水分,對保障個人安全至為重要。

MOBILE PHONE COVERAGE 手提電話覆蓋情況

​Although there is mobile phone coverage over most of the course, there are some areas where coverage is either non-existent or intermittent.
​
大部分賽道均屬手提電話網絡覆蓋範圍,惟也有部分地區並無網絡覆蓋或存在接收訊號斷續情況。

Emergency first aid will be available at each checkpoint.

Course description 賽道概述

Course markings 賽道記號

The course will be marked with direction​al arrows, crosses and reflective flagging tapes. At junctions there will be an arrow indicating the direction of the route as well as confirmation flagging tape along the correct route. There will also be a cross on the tracks that you should not take. You should not need to navigate your way along the course with a map and compass.

It is highly recommended to download the GPX track to your sports watch and to follow it (in case course marking is moved or obscured).

賽道沿途及分岔路口將豎立箭嘴、「X」及反光絲帶,以指示方向。參賽者如跟隨該等標貼,應無需自行攜備地圖和指南針。
