How to record your run and submit results

  1. You will be sent a personal results submission edit code upon registration
  2. Ensure that your watch allows upload to Strava or Garmin Connect
  3. Prior to a run ensure that your watch is fully charged
  4. (On Course participants only) At the start take a ‘selfie’
  5. Start your watch when you commence running
  6. (On Course participants only) Take ‘selfies’ at 2 photo points along the route
  7. (On Course participants only) At the finish stop your watch and take a final ‘selfie’
  8. Sync your activity with Strava or Garmin Connect
  9. Ensure that read access to your activity has been set up as “public” (Everyone)
  10. Log in to the relevant results page using your personal results submission edit code
  11. Enter your result: run start date, elapsed time (not moving time), link to your activity in Strava or Garmin Connect portal and required photos
  12. Check that your result is displayed as VERIFY on the main results page
  13. After 48 hours check that your result has been verified

如何記錄跑步過程並提交成績

  1. 成功登記後,您會收到一個用作提交成績的編輯代碼
  2. 確保您的 GPS 手錶可支援上傳跑步紀錄到 Strava或Garmin Connect
  3. 跑步前請確保您的手錶已充滿電
  4. (只適用於在香港參加者)到達起點及開始時拍一張“自拍照”
  5. 開始跑步時啟動手錶進行紀錄
  6. (只適用於在香港參加者)跑步時,請在沿途指定的兩個地點拍“自拍照”
  7. (只適用於在香港參加者)到達終點後,請停止手錶的跑步紀錄功能並進行最後一張“自拍照”
  8. 把您的跑步紀錄同步及上載到 Strava 或 Garmin Connect
  9. 確保您的GPS跑步記錄設定為“公開”
  10. 登錄相關成績頁面後,使用您的個人編輯代碼登入
  11. 輸入您的成績:跑步開始日期、經過時間(不是移動時間)、您在 Strava 或 Garmin Connect 網頁中的跑步紀錄連結以及所需照片
  12. 檢查您的成績是否在主成績頁面上顯示為VERIFY
  13. 48小時後會檢查您的成績是否已被驗證
