Float Running Co Coaching and Training Plans
同Float和HK100一齊實現你的比賽目標

The coaches at Float Running Co. are offering you targeted training plans focused on all three distances, The Third (33km), The Half (56km) and HK100 (103km).

Having completed multiple HK100s between them, UESCA certified ultra running coach, Jimmy Philips, and Mike van Ryswyck have geared these training plans specifically towards the three course profiles, terrain, and conditions.

To benefit runners of all abilities, the sessions are built around time and effort with each session focusing on getting maximum results from your training time.

You’ll be guided through running terminology and course info and benefit from 30+ years of running wisdom and tips to help you become an all-round stronger runner.

The 14-week physical HK100 plan starts 14th November, and the 12-week Hong Kong Half and Third training plans start 28th November. If you’re aiming at Flex you can start immediately.

Training Plans for The Half by Coach Wyan Chow Pui Yan
教練Wyan (周佩欣)的The Half 訓練計劃

Here are two 10 week training plans for The Half, prepared by Coach Wyan Chow Pui Yan.  Wyan has 20 years experience teaching different sports disciplines, including running, triathlon, gym work and even weight lifting!  She has won numerous races and is the 2015 HK100 champion, 2014 HK100 first runner up and 2018 Taiwan Xterra Triathlon champion.

教練Wyan (周佩欣)為大家編制了兩個The Half 10星期訓練計劃。Wyan擁有20年不同運動項目教學經驗,包括越野跑/三項鐵人/跑步/健身/舉重教練。她以往取得過很多獎項,包括2015 HK100女子冠軍、2014HK100女子亞軍2018及台灣Xterra越野三項鐡人賽女子冠軍。
