How to record your run and submit results
- You will be sent a personal results submission edit code upon registration
- Ensure that your watch allows upload to Strava or Garmin Connect
- Prior to a run ensure that your watch is fully charged
- (On Course participants only) At the start take a ‘selfie’
- Start your watch when you commence running
- (On Course participants only) Take ‘selfies’ at 2 photo points along the route
- (On Course participants only) At the finish stop your watch and take a final ‘selfie’
- Sync your activity with Strava or Garmin Connect
- Ensure that read access to your activity has been set up as “public” (Everyone)
- Log in to the relevant results page using your personal results submission edit code
- Enter your result: run start date, elapsed time (not moving time), link to your activity in Strava or Garmin Connect portal and required photos
- Check that your result is displayed as VERIFY on the main results page
- After 48 hours check that your result has been verified

- (只適用於在香港參加者)跑步時,請在沿途指定的兩個地點拍“自拍照”
- (只適用於在香港參加者)到達終點後,請停止手錶的跑步紀錄功能並進行最後一張“自拍照”
- 把您的跑步紀錄同步及上載到 Strava 或 Garmin Connect
- 確保您的GPS跑步記錄設定為“公開”
- 登錄相關成績頁面後,使用您的個人編輯代碼登入
- 輸入您的成績:跑步開始日期、經過時間(不是移動時間)、您在 Strava 或 Garmin Connect 網頁中的跑步紀錄連結以及所需照片
- 檢查您的成績是否在主成績頁面上顯示為VERIFY
- 48小時後會檢查您的成績是否已被驗證
